Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dato` Seri Mohd. Najib bin Tun Haji Abdul Razak, was born in Kuala Lipis. He is the eldest of Prime Minister Abdul Razak's six sons.This Saturday (20th March) he will come to Kuala Lipis to officiate the 50th anniversary of the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development.
The event will be held for three days effective from 19-21st march 2010. Kuala Lipis will be packed with the outsiders from all over Malaysia to celebrate this anniversary.
By the look of the tents, Kuala Lipis is fully ready to welcome other Malaysians to this town.* sadly i won't be here to capture this historical moment.
