Lion Dance

Lion dance is related closely with the chinese new year celebrations. The dance is believed to usher good fortune, as well as ward off evil spirits.

It is a traditional dance in Chinese culture, in which performers mimic a lion's movements in a lion costume. Usually this lion costume is handled by two performers.

Lion Dance is performed and accompanied by the music of beating of drums, cymbals and gongs instruments synchronise to the lion dance movements and actions.
